Deer Trail Assisted Living

On Thursday January 26 we went to Rock Springs Wyoming to photograph the Grand Opening of Deer Trail Assisted Living community. Deer Trail is an inviting community made up of two neighborhoods. One neighborhood caters to assisted living and the other to memory care. It's all nestled in a single story smoke free environment that offers all the comforts of home. It's a welcoming family friendly atmosphere where residents are free to make their apartment feel just like home with personal touches, from comforting colors to a favorite chair.

Deer Trail was developed by The Encore Partners, a team of experienced senior housing professionals. Encore develops and manages senior housing properties throughout Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. They believe it is vital to have a strong alignment of interests between owners as managers, investors, and customers.
