2011 Highlights

I just want to share a few of our highlights from 2011 with everyone.
Sabra and I officially merged our companies and formed a partnership named Lissy Brenner Photography on April 1. Our first job together was on April 8th at Coors Field for Imprints Wholesale. We photographed and printed out on site over 600 photos for the trade show attendees. It was fast paced and fun just like we like it. Sabra even got to have her picture taken with Dinger!

We've done a number of similiar projects this year, one for CoreSite was a greenscreen shoot with onsite printing.

Another fun project was to shoot Max Lawler a triathlete who was moving to Seattle and wanted to get some action photos taken before he left.

In August we photographed the Leadville 100 MTB race and captured Rebecca Rusch winning and smashing her own course record by 15 minutes.

Then later in August we witnessed Levi Leipheimer win the Inaugural USA Pro Cycling Challenge and Team Garmin Cervelo winning the Team Title.

Then we topped the year off in December by shooting a celebration party for the USA Pro Cycling Challenge who announced the 2012 host cities. Ron kiefel and Sean Petty were among the guests where they reminisced about the 7-11 cycling team of the '80's.

All in all it was a great first year to be in business as Lissy Brenner Photography.
We look forward to 2012 and wish everyone a very Happy and Prosperous New Year!

USAPCC 2012 Host City Celebration

On Tuesday December 13, 2011 The Tavern Downtown was the site for the USA Pro Cycling Challenge Celebration of the 2012 host cities for the USAPCC Bicycle race. Durango, Telluride, Montrose, Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte, Gunnison, Aspen, Beaver Creek/Vail, Breckenridge, Colorado Springs, Golden, Boulder, and Denver will all host a start or a finish or both! Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper sent a proclamation read by Al White of the Colorado Tourism Office declaring the Week of Aug 20-26, 2012 as a week long Colorado Holiday! Former members of the 7-11 Cycling team were on hand for the celebration along with a few of the current riders on the tour.
